Le ragazze si stanno allenando bene e cominciano a capire cosa significano sacrificio e voglia di allenarsi. Mi pare che si divertano a venire in palestra in quanto gli allenamenti mi sembrano sia utili, sia stimolanti e credo che se ne stiano rendendo conto. Stiamo migliorando pian piano in tutti i fondamentali e ci sono i presupposti per fare un bel girone di ritorno. La delusione non deriva dal risultato, ma da come è stata interpretata la partita, soprattutto nei primi due set. Siamo entrate in campo scariche e con poca grinta ed è bastato che le avversarie si allontanassero un attimo con il punteggio per entrare nel panico ed abbatterci. Il vero Zoppola è quello del 3° set, una squadra che non molla niente, cattiva sotto rete e cattivissima in difesa. C'è ancora tanta confusione in campo, ma su quello si può lavorare...In queste partite diventa fondamentale sbagliare poco (e noi abbiamo sbagliato tanto, ndr) ed entrare in partita da subito senza perdere mai la concentrazione e l'attenzione per quello che succede in campo. Comunque, come mi aspettavo, il campionato Under 12 non è privo di sorprese in quanto la differenza tra un team e l'altro non è eccessiva e a volte basta un turno di battuta a stravolgere l'intero set. La partita che ci si prospetta è difficile ed allo stesso tempo importantissima per vedere i progressi fatti in questo ultimo mese. Dovremo stare attente soprattutto in ricezione e sbagliare il meno possibile per portare a casa un buon risultato. L'allenamento precedente si è svolto appositamente per far giocare la squadra e senza sforzi eccessivi per non appesantire il fisico. "Si poteva ripetere la buona prestazione di Fiume Veneto ed invece siamo arrivate alla partita stanche e debilitate da alcuni problemi fisici che ci hanno condizionato nella prestazione. In più c'è da aggiungere che non capisco perchè siamo entrate in campo con una concentrazione decisamente troppo bassa rispetto a quella di Fiume ed a quella che l'avversario di ieri richiedeva. Su questo aspetto le ragazze dovranno darmi spiegazioni in allenamento, in quanto mi pareva di essere riuscito a infondere il giusto carattere da mettere in campo durante le settimane passate insieme, ma ne parleremo...E' sempre difficile trovare qualcosa di buono in un 3 a 0 così netto, ma qualcosa si è effettivamente visto. La squadra ha difeso con una discreta grinta ed ha messo in pratica le posizioni di difesa provate in allenamento. Soffriamo ancora troppo in ricezione, fase nella quale commettiamo errori decisamente grossolani. In queste partite si paga soprattutto la larga differenza di livello tecnico e non sempre il carattere basta a compensare il gioco più preciso e pulito delle avversarie. Si va ad affrontare il Chions capolista del girone. Problemi? No, anzi, deve essere uno stimolo per giocare al massimo delle nostre possibilità come contro il Fiume Veneto. Ci arriviamo con un'assenza importante e con qualche giocatrice acciaccata, ma l'importante è tirare fuori la grinta e provare a dare del filo da torcere alla squadra di casa che certo non si aspetta una compagine agguerrita come la nostra. Gli allenamenti sono stati abbastanza soddisfacenti, nonostante le assenze e l'atmosfera carnevalesca degli ultimi giorni. Buona la prova di tutte le atlete che hanno giocato con un discreto ordine, ma con una grinta eccezionale e che si è rivelata essere poi fondamentale per la conquista di un punto importante. Questa è la squadra che voglio vedere in ogni giornata di campionato. Nel primo set giocato alla pari, ma vinto in modo abbastanza netto dalle padrone di casa, si sono viste buone cose da parte di tutte e due le formazioni e si è potuto notare come il divario tra le squadre in campo non fosse esageratamente elevato. Bellissimo il secondo set dove lo Zoppola gioca con una grinta ed una determinazione straordinarie e grazie ad un paio di splendidi muri e ad alcune ottime giocate riesce a portare a casa il set. Ugualmente combattuta la terza partita, dove però, un break in battuta del Fiume spezza l'equilibrio della gara regalando il successo alla formazione di casa. Dopo la sconfitta della scorsa giornata ci vuole una bella prova, non per forza accompagnata dal risultato, ma dobbiamo dimostrare soprattutto a noi stesse/i che stiamo migliorando pian piano e che possiamo dare del filo da torcere a tutte le avversarie. Gli allenamenti della settimana sono stati abbastanza soddisfacenti, ma ancora non si respira il clima perfetto. Lunedì si è vista in palestra una bella squadra che è riuscita a fare un buon allenamento e che spero si ripeta nella ostica palestra di Fiume. Per cominciare a vincere bisogna sempre dare il massimo e non subire la paura dell'avversario come la scorsa partita. E' stata la difesa degli ospiti a rendere così grande la differenza di punteggio, in quanto nel campo cordenonese non cadeva un solo pallone, mentre in quello delle atlete di casa ci finiva di tutto. Match non facile, vinto soprattutto grazie alla battuta e a qualche contrasto sottorete. I parziali: 12 - 25; 24 - 26; 25 - 18. Primo set parzialmente facile e risolto da belle battute e da un ottimo gioco di squadra. Indimenticabile, invece, il 2° set con un parziale di 10 ad 1 per le avversarie che lo Zoppola è riuscito a colmare pian piano con qualche contrasto vinto a rete ed a ribaltare con un'ultima serie di battute. Ci arrivo con un'ansia dettata dalla voglia di fare risultato, ma soprattutto ci arrivo accompagnato da quella passione che nasce prima di tutto dal fatto che potrò vedere le mie ragazze alla loro prima partita ufficiale e dal ricordo di come vissi io quel giorno, ormai lontano 9 anni. E' ovvio che l'agitazione delle mie atlete andrà oltre alla freddezza mentale che dovrebbe essere sempre superiore una volta giunte in campo, ma nella pallavolo serve anche questo. L'esperienza la faranno solamente giocando partite su partite e allenandosi nel migliore dei modi.
